Wearing:
High waisted leather pants from WHYRED, Knitted jumper from H&M(which I just rolled up the hem and the sleeve) Oversized vest from Weekday and Mesh Platforms by Christopher Cane For TOPSHOP
I loved the Jim Morrissons (im sorry I know its about the band to but who's the doors? nobody....) Documentary "When Your Strange", its kind of refreshing to read or watch something that dosent look at his possible involvement with Satanism...then again the 70's was all about cults, serial killers and satanic movements and sounds (how many records have you tried to play backwards and end up breaking hahaha...).
Anywho, im not into the dark stuff but I am very curious, but mines goes more into the theological nature of it.
So regardless to my post titel, I want to go to He(ll)vean, but I wouldn't mind visiting Hell.
I guess im sharing this with you guys because im tired of reading blogs(or I've pretty much stopped unless one of my readers ask me to read theirs) cuz there all superficial and revolve around fashion and blah blah blah
Blogs used to be about real girls, real closets, real lives and reasonable prices.
Now all I see are girls trying to blogg there way into an industry the whole bloggerspher was created to avoid. WE were meant to represent something more attainable for our readers.
Now you can look at me and say what you like but im not a brand whore, I dont care who made it and I dont care what the price is....so I dont waste time obsessing about it or trying to make you guys feel that you "must have" the new "It shit"
(I can hear my sister tell me im rambling now hahaha)
God this whole blog thing is like the freaking grunge movement.....
......you just ended up despising it once those "suit fruits" starts to try to cash in on.

I agree with that last bit. I kinda notice it more with YouTube beauty gurus more though. I'm kinda sick of everything being vintage in people's blogs these days.
i'm starting to feel disillusioned with blogging at the moment... it's the people who just go around saying "hi, nice blog, READ MINE AND FOLLOW ME BECAUSE I CLEARLY HAVEN'T COPIED AND PASTED THIS INTO EVERY BLOG" that reaaaally piss me off.
xx
(can't believe you said that about the doors. Riders on the Storm?? Light My Fire?! But then again, I'm obsessed.)
I actually have no problem with what's been going on with Blogs lately. Of course it may seem that all fashin blogs are like that, tools for wanting to get into the business of fashion, but I think it only works for those who actually want to get in. Besides there have been a lot of success stories, Zana Bayne(Garbage Dress) Camillia(Childhood Flames) Rumi(fashionToast).
I find that blogs show all walks of life, whether it be someone from paris who can afford Marc Jacobs, or a girl from New York, who shops at H&M.
I think at the end of the day, it comes down to what the blogger wants to put out there for people to read. I mean think about it, couldn't the same be said about people who go on youtube and post videos of themselves doing stupid shit like taking weights and slamming them into their own nuts or playing music?
Well THIS is a great introduction (came over from Jayne's). =D
It's the whole internet, really. I'm finding the same issues with blogs, twitter, and news stories. Everything feels so manufactured and not organic. Whomp.
I agree with you. I read blogs from all over the world and I see the same thing everywhere..No personality..No matter is in France, USA, Australia, Brazil..Same things.. no feeling..Just manufactured pose. Same bloody bags....same bloody IT shit..
But you see, if the READERS had a little bit more of personallity too the whole mess wouldnt happen. I for exemple will never comment " oh..this is soo cool..I loved it.. love you..I'll buy one too..blablabla" unless is original and with personality and I truly identify myself.
BTW, I like when you post your photos...
You have a good point. 2 years after I started reading fashion blogs I feel like the blogging world has become another gear in the industry instead of a refreshing outside inspiration.
Ironically I don't read blogs that commenters ask me to read. May be rude, but I read blogs that I find interesting or if I feel like their comment was genuine.
love the sweater. and Jim Morrison, but The Doors most definately deserve some cred! yes, Jim was the ringleader of it all, but what is the music without that undeniably Doors sound...the synth and southern guitars play a huge role <3
HOT HOT HOT
I am assuming you never went to school by the poor use of grammar and countless spelling and punctuation mistakes. I can hardly read this.
I still dont understand why people leave negative comments as anonymous its like grow some balls and let them hang..sheesh. Alright but thats not what I came on here to say. I dont think all bloggers have been lost to the lime light. If you can afford to buy those straight from the runway looks more power to you. Im definitely a vintage lover all the way..cheap clothing better quality. Your blog is definitely a breath of fresh air.
